WHAT IS THE IDEAL WEIGHT FOR ME?




Have you ever wondered how much you should weigh ideally? As much as you want to lose weight or add as the case might be,what is your expected end? What is your goal? What is your desired weight? You've got to have a target as this will drive you and will also make your quest for weight loss more of a reality.
Concerning ideal weight: The calculation is done using BMI(Body Mass Index).
BMI =
( kg/m² ) weight in kilograms
————————————
height in meters²
OR

BMI =
( kg/m² ) (weight in pounds * 703 )
————————————
height in inches²

BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5>
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater.
It doesn’t matter if your weight is over or even under.
